OVERVIEW

This project is a personal 3D exploration based on the visual universe of McLaren.
The goal was to create campaign-like visuals that highlight the car’s sculptural design, power, and sense of presence.
I wanted to treat it as a premium object of beauty, not just a machine, capturing the fine line between performance and emotion.

Each image was designed to feel cinematic and refined, with a focus on form, light and composition. The challenge was to express the raw energy of the car while keeping a controlled, elegant atmosphere.

CREATIVE APPROACH

The project began in Blender, where I worked on lighting, material setup and camera direction to bring out the car’s curves and aerodynamic tension.
The environment was intentionally minimal, giving the car room to exist as the centerpiece.
I aimed to balance its aggressive design with a sense of calm and precision.

The choice of color leaned toward dark, metallic tones with subtle red accents.
This contrast helped reveal the car’s shape and texture, creating depth and intensity without overstatement.
The lighting was designed to glide across the surface, bringing out detail and structure in a natural way.

VISUAL SYSTEM AND PROCESS

The workflow combined Blender for modeling, lighting and rendering, and Photoshop for compositing and final refinements.
Post-production focused on tone control, soft reflections and clean balance to maintain a realistic yet premium feel.
Each frame was designed to be adaptable across different campaign formats, from digital assets to editorial visuals.

The intention was not to create hyperreal images, but to achieve a balance between precision and atmosphere, something believable, elegant and visually engaging.

PROJECT ESSENCE

This project was about showcasing the McLaren as an object of beauty and precision.
I wanted to emphasize its premium character, its technical perfection, and its almost animal energy.
The goal was to make the car feel both powerful and timeless, with a sense of instinct and control that defines what makes McLaren unique.
