OVERVIEW

This project was the complete redesign of the online portfolio for photographer Adrien Soulié.
The goal was to build a digital experience that reflects the precision and sensitivity of his photographic work.
I wanted a site that feels both artistic and functional, balancing immersive visuals with a clear user journey.

The concept focuses on simplicity and presence, a clean environment that lets the photography speak while adding small interactive gestures to make the experience personal.

CREATIVE APPROACH

The website opens with an interactive hero that immediately connects the visitor to the photographer’s world.
By moving the cursor, the user discovers a preview of the portfolio through a smooth horizontal scroll.
Each image is large, expressive and fully immersive.

For each project, I designed a before-and-after slider that reveals the retouching process in a simple and intuitive way.
The site also integrates a booking system linked to an external calendar, allowing direct and fast appointment scheduling.
The goal was to merge storytelling, visual impact and practicality in one coherent system.

VISUAL SYSTEM AND PROCESS

The design is built around large-format images, clean typography and subtle motion.
Black and white dominate the palette, creating a timeless, editorial feel that matches the tone of professional photography.
The structure was designed in Framer, allowing for smooth interactions and flexible CMS management.

Copywriting played an important role, giving the site a confident yet understated tone, reflecting Adrien’s approach to his craft: technical mastery expressed with calm precision.
The navigation remains minimal, focusing on ease and fluidity, while each visual section becomes a space of immersion.

PROJECT ESSENCE

This project was about creating a space that feels authentic to the photographer.
Every choice, from typography to motion, was made to emphasize the quality of his work without unnecessary decoration.
It is a portfolio that speaks through the images, supported by thoughtful design and a digital experience built for clarity and trust.
